Position Overview
- With technical guidance, the Technologist 3 – Electrical Distribution Design role serves as a technical resource, accountable for development, design and installation of overhead and underground electric distribution designs.
- This role is responsible for low to medium complexity tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of recognized post secondary technologist diploma in Electrical Engineering Technologist.
- Experience: Five (5) years directly related relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems operations, environment and peripherals and various applications software in use in the department (SAP & suite of MS Office products).
- Thorough knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communications and presentation skills.
- Valid British Columbia Driver's licence.
