In this role, the Coordinator will be pivotal in driving process excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality reporting and recruitment insights. They will work closely with regional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support full-cycle recruitment when needed.
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a background in Human Resources is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, ideally within a large or enterprise-level organization
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (RCM and RMK modules) is strongly preferred or similar enterprise HRIS
