Reporting to Manager - Supply Chain, the Superintendent – Contracts will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including pre-contract (sourcing, RFI, RFP, negotiation) and post-execution, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements, and contributing to the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years in contract management, with at least 3 years in the mining industry.
Proven track record overseeing contracts for operational phases (e.g., extraction, processing, or equipment maintenance) in a producing mine.
