• The Senior Payroll Analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations (Canada and the US) at Trans Mountain.
• This senior-level role focuses on driving process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
• The role will provide guidance and act as a resource on complex payroll issues, systems, and legislation, supporting both day-to-day payroll functions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• This role will also provide back-up coverage for payroll processing during high-demand periods or absences and supports year-end reconciliations, filings, and audits.

This position will be based at the Calgary Head Office location and reports to the Team Lead, Payroll.
