Reporting to the Superintendent, HR Support, the Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting hiring initiatives in collaboration with the Human Resources team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR focus) or a related field is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered.
Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and processes, with experience applying them in a practical setting.
Proficient with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, including the ability to maintain and update records accurately.
Skilled in recruitment strategy and critical analysis to support effective talent acquisition.
