The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination of all site activities and is deemed as the site designate. A Project Coordinator is responsible for all communications and requests from the owner and/or consultant, subcontractors, Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, materials and processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.).
• Knowledge of or ability to learn estimating software including Heavy Job and Heavy Bid.
