  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Process Mechanical Engineer – Business Improvement is responsible for identifying, leading, and executing production optimization initiatives across the mine site.
  • This role integrates closely with Processing, Metallurgy, Mining, Maintenance, Infrastructure, Environment, and Finance to unlock performance and drive value creation.
  • The successful candidate will combine technical excellence in mechanical engineering with strong business improvement skills to deliver measurable gains in safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost control.
  • This position plays a critical role in supporting the mine site with a strong link to the Operations Manager, General Manager, corporate teams, and long-term planning.

Schedule Options:

Fly In/Fly Out - Three (3) Weeks On - Two (2) Weeks Off;

Local / Prince George, BC - Five (5) Days On - Two (2) Days Off; OR Four (4) Days On - Three (3) Days Off;
