Ledcor is hiring a Pre-Employment Representative for a contract position based in Vancouver. In this position you will be responsible for processing hires into various systems for assigned portfolios and ensuring pre-employment requirements are completed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing union and non-union hire requests submitted through Workday across different businesses within Ledcor by following established process and practices
• Contacts new hires to assist them through Workday tasks and pre-employment/pre-access requirements
• Work with 3rd party vendors to arrange services for drug and alcohol testing, background checks, and scheduling safety training
• Collection and review of documentation such as Driver’s License, Motor Vehicle Records, Proof of Residency
