Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of site operations, including production, maintenance, and support functions. The Operations Manager will act as a strategic partner and operational integrator, ensuring that departmental plans and activities are aligned with site-wide goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering or related field is a benefit.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in mining operations, including 5+ years in a senior operational leadership role.
Start up experience is an asset.
