- As the Learning Developer you will be integral part of the Learning & Talent team, driving innovative solutions to support our company's diverse operations by identifying and addressing their unique learning and development needs.
- You will Design and deliver engaging, learner focused training materials like courses, videos, and guides. Collaborating closely with Learning Specialists on the team and with Subject Matter Experts across Ledcor.
