Reporting to the Superintendent - Processing, the Learning & Development Coordinator - Processing is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of processing plant personnel.
Diploma or degree in mineral processing, metallurgical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent is preferred.
10+ years of experience in mineral processing operations, with hands-on experience in processing plant operations is required.
Previous experience in training and development, instructional design, or adult education is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mineral processing principles, practices, and equipment.
