We are currently looking for a Land Accountant/Payouts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis in our Calgary office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, track, and manage detailed payout statements, including regular updates throughout the year and comprehensive annual reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution to all stakeholders.
- Administer and process the coding, payment, collection, and invoicing for land open invoices and manual land invoices.
- Maintain and routinely review land vendor records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with monthly land-related accounting entries, account reconciliations, and various tasks as part of the month-end close process.
- Coordination with the Land department to ensure accuracy and efficiency in land-related financial processes.
- Provide ad-hoc support and backup coverage during team absences or vacation periods.
