ICLD’s Key to Employment (K2E) program is an employment readiness program designed for individuals with multiple barriers to employment. K2E provides capacity development opportunities to allow students to gain the skills required for sustainable employment and also acts as a foundational preparatory program for Indigenous individuals moving towards post-secondary vocational, trades, or advanced education.
