General Labourer - Projects based in B.C

DENT is seeking a candidate to join a remote work site as General Labour. Our projects are demanding and being physically fit is required, as is the ability to work 10-12 hour shifts while living in a remote construction camp. Must be willing to take direction but also be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have civil construction labour experience, and be highly adaptable in a demanding environment. Successful candidates will be able to provide their own transportation to and from site &/or designated marshalling point.

Expectations

• Perform any labor duties when instructed.
• Work around heavy equipment, assisting with various tasks including installation of culverts, operating compactors/plate tampers, installation of geofabrics and liners, and other construction tasks.
• Willingness to perform and complete tasks as instructed on an as needed basis.
• Strong communicator
• Ability to collaborate and work well with a team.
  
• Valid OFA3 would be an asset
