Ensure estimates align with project specifications, schedules, and general conditions across various contract types, including tenders, cost-plus, lump sum, unit price, design-build, construction management, and negotiated projects. Develop comprehensive bids/quotations outlining the scope of work for clients.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: > 5+ years of experience in industrial, civil, or heavy construction estimating. > P.Eng-designated with a strong technical background. > Complete knowledge of estimating documents and the ability to provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analyses.
