- As an Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of logistics, planning, records maintenance and documentation of Indigenous Consultation and Engagement activities in support of Trans Mountain’s (TM) regulatory consultation and permit engagement across Alberta.

- This position will coordinate correspondence and consultation/engagement-related interactions between Indigenous groups and members of the Indigenous Relations Team (IRT) and other TM departments.

- The Engagement Coordinator drafts accurate timely submissions, including all documents, meeting notes, materials and presentations provided for Indigenous groups.

Other Requirements

  • This is a remote position, the ideal candidate will live in British Columbia or Alberta but will be expected to frequently travel to communities across southern British Columbia.
