Job Description

As our Superintendent, you’ll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line—on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on.

  • Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses
  • Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs
  • Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction
  • Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required.
  • Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed
  • Pitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts or extended hours, to overcome challenges and meet critical milestones

Expected Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 based on experience and education.

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent for a large general contractor on commercial builds
  • Proven track record managing projects valued between $100K and $5M
  • Journeyman trade certification or equivalent field experience
  • Willingness to be hands-on in the field and to work occasional night shifts
  • Able and willing to travel and work across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Fraser Valley
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
