Commercial Site Superintendent

• Reports to: Construction Manager

• We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a diverse skillset to support our various projects throughout the Fraser Valley and our out of town projects.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent
• Adequate computer skills to communicate with all project stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with Worksafe BC safety standards
• Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract required
• Current First Aid certification an asset
• Familiarity with CoConstruct and Salus an asset
• Red Seal trade qualification is an asset

The salary range for this position will be discussed during the interview stage, taking into consideration candidate qualifications and experience.
