DENT is seeking a candidate to join a work site as a Carpenter Foreman.
- Our projects are demanding and being physically fit is required, as is the ability to work 10–12-hour shifts.
- Must be willing to take direction from leadership on site and delegate accordingly.
- The ideal candidate will have heavy civil construction experience and be highly adaptable in a demanding environment.
- Effective communication and leadership skills are required in this role as is the awareness to engage an experience crew.
Expectations
• Ability to collaborate and work well with a team.
• Valid OFA3 would be an asset.
• Must be willing to do shift work.
• Heavy civil construction experience is an asset.
• Class 5 driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to perform and complete tasks as instructed on an as-needed basis.
