THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager leads the development of strategic relationships, identifies and pursues new construction opportunities, and manages Acres’ corporate marketing strategy. Works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the continued growth, visibility, and success of Acres across all our sectors - civil, general contracting, and industrial.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: > 7–10 years of progressive experience in business development, marketing, or client relations, ideally within construction, engineering, or industrial services. > Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field; construction industry knowledge is a strong asset.
