Our Core Values
Trans Mountain’s core values – Safety, Integrity, Respect and Excellence – guide our every step. Each obstacle we’ve overcome or success we’ve experienced has been the result of a shared commitment to living these values every day. Together, we’re focused on doing the right thing for each other and our communities.
As a Business Analyst with Trans Mountain, you’ll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced Major Projects Land and Permitting (LNP) team, playing a key role in supporting the transition of land-related data and processes from the Trans Mountain Expansion Project (TMEP) to base business operations. You will be instrumental in the closeout of Major Projects, helping shape and implement a sustainable and repeatable framework that enhances operational readiness and ongoing land management.
In this role, you will lead business process review sessions, identify optimization opportunities, and define end-to-end workflows that enable effective governance, compliance, and execution. You will also support the development and deployment of process documentation, templates, and standardized frameworks to guide the LNP Major Projects team through project execution, closeout, and operational transition phases.
A primary responsibility will be executing and administering the Land and ROW File Standards and TMEP Records Transfer Procedure, ensuring all land-related records are accurately migrated, auditable, and compliant. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Land, IT, Permitting, Environment, and vendors—to ensure effective data integration, system enhancements, and project closeout. This includes preparing the LNP Department for operational readiness and establishing tools to support future Major Projects LNP initiatives.
