The role of the Branch Manager is to lead, guide and manage the operations, service delivery and business growth of the region, based out of the North Coast branch office. The Branch Manager will drive superior operational performance and profitability within the region and actively seek out and secure opportunities to leverage and grow the business in that region.
Skills and Experience
An undergraduate degree is preferred, supported by ongoing professional development.
Minimum 5 years direct work experience in a leadership capacity in an operational setting in a service business, supported by success in business development, key account management or sales.
Demonstrated experience in strategic/business planning, operations management, people leadership and business development.
